The infant seat goes right into it. It's super light and easy to manuever in tight spaces like CVS or when you need to run a quick errand.

I loved it, I cried when DD started to hate her carseat around 5 months old and I had to put her in a reg stroller.

The snap and go is just a light stroller frame. You pop the car seat in it. It is is great for walks in the mall or quick trips to the store.

Re: Strollers

The infant car seat is what goes in the snap-n-go stroller

You have purchase them seperately. The snap-n-go does not come with a car seat.

Re: Strollers

Things my friends have complained about:

if they have stairs then maneuvering the stroller down the stairs (if you don't have stairs it may not be an issue);

folding it up and lifting the stroller into the car - sometimes it's too heavy or to clunky to deal with a stroller and the baby at the same time. For you this might not be an issue because you work out a lot and your probably have more upper body strength than some of my girlfriends. One of my friends just leaves her stroller in the car to avoid this.

I picked the Metrolite...simply because when DH and I tried it in the store, we could easily manuever and it was very lightweight, since I have to lift into my SUV.

We got the Snap and Go to use with our Snugride car seat when the baby is little....

Then we got the Graco Quattro Tour to use after the baby outgrows the infant seat (although you CAN use it wit the infant seat if you choose)...

We liked it because it seemed sturdy and pretty easy to manuever. Plus there's a pretty big basket underneath and it reclines....

is this the Devon pattern?

We have the graco snap and go and snugride (milan) that many people have posted already and then we also got this stroller which was highly rated by baby bargains:

Inglesina - zippy - in black (ebano)

we have the graco snugride and metrolite (we got the travel system-i really liked this pattern) for when he's young as i have only heard good things about it such as how safe it is, lightweight, etc and also have the zooper waltz stroller, also suppose to be a really good stroller

We got the same travel system and I really don't feel like I am missing out not having a snap and go.

As for your last question, you get the infant seat and it can go into the snap and go or a travel system. But you can just get an infant seat and a stroller as well.

I love the Bugs, but since we are in and out of the car more than anything I didn't think it was necessary. My friend has a Quinny and it is good for the city and horrible for Long Island and she could have purchased SEVEN of my travel systems for what she paid for hersChat Icon

We're having a girl, but we wanted something we'd be able to use for #2 even if it is a boy - this one seemed pretty gender neutral, and we really liked it. I've seen the "Milan" - it's pretty too!

Re: Strollers

I choose this stroller: Baby Jogger City Series..

I like this because it has many accessories.. You can attach your car seat to it and I LOVE prams, which this has a bassinet as an attachment..It is also very very easy to fold as demonstrated in the picture.
