Spotting before AF?
Very light spotting for 2 days before AF (there...but don't need a pad)...does this count as "Menses?" Does this spotting actually shorten the luteal phase? Thanks!

No, doesn't count as menses therefore does not shorten luteul phase. First day of menses is the first day of real flow.
