Honestly, since I've been doing hot yoga (yoga in about 100 degrees) I've been so much more adjusted to the hotter weather.
holy cow lana! how do you keep from passing out!?!? i would faint after like 2 mins of that!
no you wouldn't! you drink a lot of water before you go, and during the class, you take sips. It feels great!
