OPK's
What do you use?
I was browsing in the store today bc I will need them once I start taking clomid in a few weeks...
They seem SO expesnive for just 7 sticks that you pee on and toss. I will be going through a bunch of them being that I don't normally ovulate and have no idea how many days it will take me to.
What do you find is the best for the $$? Easiest to read etc.

I am using a saliva kit.
You putting that next to your pic of the licking cat kills me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Sorry Jen for hijacking the thread) Anyway....... I got my saliva kit at Walgreens for about $40. But I'm sure other drug stores have them too. I couldn't find them at Walmart, but that doesn't mean they don't carry them now.
I went years without ovulating and was trying to get a cycle going since we wanted a baby. This kit helped me since I tested every morning, trying to figure out if I was even having a cycle. The ferning was obvious for me. But I realized quickly if I put too much saliva on the lens that it just was too many layers. They tell you to only put a drop or two, which really works!!! I actually put the saliva on my finger, then dropped a drop on the lens and let it dry. You just need to do it before eating or drinking anything. I actually left the kit next to the bed, so I could do it as soon as I got up.
Good luck ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used the ClearBlue Easy Digital...it's very easy to read (you get a smiley face when you are going to ovulate). They are expensive, but I didn't feel like trying to figure out if a line was darker than another line....I already drive myself nuts about enough things!

Ditto for me. When I see the happy face, I say "Nice to see you too!" Then again I am a dork when it comes to these things.

I use the ANSWER one, I think it is 20 tests for 19.99, it just does not have the fancy cover on the stick. HTH

Re: OPK's
I used the Clear Blue Easy digital ones because like the other posters said I didn't like to figure out if one line was darker than the other. They were a litlte more expensive but I liked the ease of knowing immediately if it was a positive or not.
