you know...the fabric type ones.

Are they semi-permanent? ARe you supposed to take them down in the off-season? Can they stay up in the rain?

We had one up last year & took it down in the winter. If you get a nice windy day, they will go blowing down in the yard...

We had one growing up but it didn't have sides so it was a bit more wind friendly.

In a storm it would blow over thou.

I think we have that exact one.
We put it up in May and take it down after the summer. However, if we get a bad storm we will take it down for the night. A bit of a pain, but worth it to not blow into a window or neighbors yard.

is it for grass only? I am thinking of putting it on a cement patio so we can sit and DD can play outside

The house we are buying has one bolted to the deck in the backyard. They just take the covering off for the winter, but leave it on all summer

My in laws have one and they leave it out all winter. I think they may have parts of it tied to their fence though.

We have one. We took the top down in the winter and just out it back on. It was easy. The frame held up fine during the winter. I went to a camping store and got these huge 12 inch tent spikes to hold the frame down

We bought one last year like the one you posted for $450 or so and it lasted one freakin season. We took the fabric down and all. The frame was bolted to our deck too. I was so ******!!
