Re: Pond Spinoff: Can you post pics of your pond?
I think I have some pics on my other computer... when I switch over I will post some
My parents had a beautiful pond in the house I grew up in
Sorry, it is too small... I put two pics in my album labeled HOUSE pics- they are at the end and the caption reads, POND at mom and dad's house... Image Attachment(s):

We added the fish last week. The top pond is smaller and serves as a waterfall (small) and no fish are in there. The top pond also has a lot of plants, like beach grass that is coming up. Then we put a fine mesh netting over it to keep out the animals.

Not my pond but my parents. They built it themselves. ETA - the strings arcoss the top help to keep the herring that comes and eats their fish. They had a big problem with that put someone gave them this tip and it works great. Their pond was featured on a "pond tour" last year by the pond store my dad goes too.

Re: Pond Spinoff: Can you post pics of your pond?
I have a pondless pond because of the baby. The water flows off of the different levels and into small rocks instead of a pool of water. It's much safer with a toddler running around. She is automatically drawn to the flowing water and it is one of the smartest decisions I made. Just some food for thought.......
