Did I ovulate?!
OK, so my midwife said to use protection for the next 2 months as I recently stopped taking BCP. Well, I had my period 4/19 and last night I felt slight cramping...but not the same as AF cramping. Yesterday, I believe, was CD14...I haven't been temping, charting, etc since we are beginners and just going with the flow. (please remember, this is my first month off BCP)
But do you guys think that cramping I experienced is associated with ovulation? What a help that could be when TTC if it was ovulation!

I am right there with you! This is my first month off BCP also & I had my last period 4/18. I felt the cramping on 5/1, then nothing yesterday...Now today I am feeling it again. I checked out

According to my cycle I ovulated either 5/2 or today bc it depends on my cylce days!!!
