Question about ttc... please help
Can someone please explain how to determine one's CD. For example, a lot of you write that you are on CD 15, CD 16 etc.
TIA

Re: Question about ttc... please help
CD just means "cycle day". So you count from the first day of AF.
So, if you got your period (not spotting, red blood) yesterday, that would be CD1, today CD2 and so on. A new cycle starts when you get your next period.

The first day of red blood = CD1, and you just count from there . . . CD2, CD3 etc.
