Did you just start TTC or what?
We're almost TTC, but I haven't done any research or anything. What about you ladies? When I lurk here it seems that everyone know s so much about the whole process and I am clueless! Where did you get your info? Are the helpful websites or books I should be investigating? TIA

We started in November. I read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" in the summer and began charting in the fall. VERY INFORMATIVE!
Good luck when you start to try!

We both realy want kids but were going to wait until September. However, we both have the itch now and decided we didn't want to wait any longer. I have a pretty good understanding about how to get pregnant, but I just ordered Taking Charge of Your Fertility to really know what is going on!! We know what we are getting into, what will change in our lives, and hopefully we are ready (well I don't think we ever will be 100% ready- but close enough!!). Good luck to you!!

when we got married, I migrated from liweddings to here. I learned a LOT from
the girls here, from questions and answers.
We'll start trying March!

I did a crash course last month after learning from these lovely ladies

Both DH & I want to start a family but we are waiting til July. I have done some research online & also spoke to my Dr. I am lucky to have two SIL's that became mom's 1 year ago, so they help with any questions!!!

we are not ttc yet - but when we do we will just go with the flow for a couple of months and if nothing happens then we will start temping and charting

Ditto. We will start TTC in July without all the temping, charting.

We started charting and temping in November after reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It was very helpful. We weren't "not trying" for two months before that though.

Read TCOYF. Decided not to chart and just experiment based on some "signs of ovulation" in the book to see if they work. They work.

We've been TTC for 2 years. When we started I read Taking Charge of your fertility. The ironic part is that in the back is a section about infertility. I didn't read it because I just didn't believe I would have a problem. I guess I jinxed myself because 2 years later and no baby.
Just along the way I read things on all different sites and spoke to my dr. I've gone to a specialists before also. It's sad but sometimes I feel like I know more about my body than any dr.
Read the book everyone is mentioning and hopefully you won't ever have to know as much as I or some other ladies on here do.
