I have a little cold on me - sore throat, congested, the usual symptoms. Yesterday was CD12 and based on my CM, I did not expect a rise but I went from 97.3 on Wednesday to 98.2 yesterday - however, even though I felt crappy, I had no fever. Today, again, woke up feeling crappy - my BBT was 98.8 - but my regular temp wasn't even 98.6. My question is - I know that illness can affect your temp - but does it make your temp go up, even if you're not running a fever?
