OMG!!
Boobs are itchy.... Bikini area sooo itchy- and the more I scratch the itchier it feels - I am turning raw!!!!

Sounds like you might be getting PUPPP..the pregnancy rash. I got it 4 weeks ago and it was bad. Now it is starting to fade but doesn't go away until after you give birth. You may want to talk with your doctor and maybe get on Prednisone, this helped me out alot. I also got a rx for Aristocort, a cream you put on the affected areas and also use Aveeno bath and bath wash. Good luck and please feel free to FM me.

I think it's too soon for PUPPs. isn't that the last trimester only?
Between the dry heat/dry skin and the pregnancy, it's probably your skin stretching. Time to slop on the moisturizer because that baby is growing!

Do a serach online and look at the pictures and compare. WHen this all started out a month ago for me, my dermatologist said it was scabies and I was going nuts for a week thinking I was contagious and then come to find out it was PUPPP!!! I was really ****** at him but, they do have similar symptoms. My itchiness has been getting bad and I don't if it is because I am due on Sunday or the Prednisone has warn off.

Found some info on PUPP - doesn't sound too horrific if it can be treated and will go away... just annoying!

I found that Palmers Anti Itch Oil everynight worked wonders for me. Whatever you do, don't scratch!!

I went to the dermatologist yesterday b/c I too have been very itchy to the point I am causing a rash. Its only on my arms and legs. Not belly, face, back, boobs, no where else. The dr. said Pupps comes in the third trimester but it generally is on the belly region so she doesnt think I have that, just dry skin that at 38 1/2 weeks comes with pg. but if you saw my arms and legs it looks like I have the chicken pocks the way I scratched myself. she told me to use AVeeno, no hot showers, NO Benadryl and gave me an RX for Lidexont ( thats what the spelling looks like didnt get it filled yet) its a cortizone cream, and you have to be careful with cortizone creams it can affect the baby. she said with me being due in 11 days the cortizone at this point will just make the babies lungs stronger wont harm the baby, so its important to find out "when" its ok for you to take certain OTC or Rx creams for itchy/dry skin.
