I put other b/c I've been at home for over 6 mos now, but I have to go back starting January  so I'm having a real hard time turning her over to someone else, but it's much harder to be a SAHM than I ever imagined so I'm not fighting the fact that we're out of money b/c I'm curious to see if I'm happier once I get out of the house and back to work. Fortunately, I've got my own law practice so I'll be working part-time from home and only going in for court appearances.

I know its fab, and when I return to work I get paid for all the holidays I have accued while I was off, thats 32 days....

I also put other. I'm home now and looking for work. My job laid me off due to budget cuts so if anyone knows of a guidance counseling position available....Please let me know! TIA
Financially, I can't be a SAHM. For sanity....if given the choice, I think I would have to work at least P/T.

Work FT outside the home.... I was a SAHM for a year and I'm so happy to be working. I truly believe I'm a better mommy bc work outside the home.

I work pt from home. FH has a business out of the house and I do the books for him and alot of misc. office stuff. It is tough because he needs more help than I can offer and it causes some tension between us. He might hire someone else in January so that I can concentrate only on the books and he can have someone to do all of the running around and things I just can't do right now with a 5 month old. We will see how the financial situation works out.

I am a part time nurse-I work 2 overnight shifts 8pm-8am and every now and then i'll pick up a few extra hours for extra cash.

I am a SAHM. I am an attorney, but on leave indefinitely. I may go back part-time at some point, but we plan on having another child (at least one more), so not for a while.

I work very very very part time. I am a massage therapist and am scheduled for 3 hours a week. If no one is scheduled, I don't go in.
This week I am moving to 2 nights a week. Madeline will be with my husband.
