charting after a m/c
Does it even make sense to chart? Monday will be 4 weeks since my D&C. My temps are everywhere!!!!!!!! It reminds me of my first month off BCP's when my chart resembled a mountain chain - lots of ups and downs.
I am really hoping to reregulate quickly. Before my m/c, I was very consistent, O'd on CD16, LP of 12 days.

I did. It took 42 days until I got AF. My temps were all over the place too at the beginning but then kind of stabilized .
It just kept me in the routine of doing it and just made feel like I was aware of what was going on.

this is actually why I keep doing it, I just feel like I am not getting anywhere  .
I guess it can't hurt, and lord knows it keeps me from sleeping too late in the morning!!
