Do you retouch your makeup throughout the day?

I don't wear a ton of makeup, but I've been noticing that by 1/2 I look awful.

I'm not sure if it's my makeup I've been using, or the heat, or if I'm just getting older, but even my mascara is getting gross by this time.

How do you even touch up something like mascara?! Do you carry makeup with you in your purse? I feel like it's so much to carry around!

No. If I'm going into meetings I will Touch up my lips.

Heat and sweat doesn't help.

I use blush, under eye concealer, one shadow, eye primer, eye liner and mascara. What helps my eye makeup stay on til 4pm is the primer and just not touching my eyes. On allergy days i tend to rub my eyes and makeup is gone and I look tired.

I reapply gloss and powder frequently (i have an oily t-zone). If I don't use powder, I look like a mess. The only time I carry other makeup is if I'm going out at night and won't have time to go home to put on heavier shadow & eyeliner. I always wear waterproof mascara so that's probably why it stays so well throughout the day.

Considering I have a totally naked face right now, the answer is no.
When I do wear makeup to work, I only retouch if I have a meeting or event after work.

Yea, I touch up throughout the day. Mainly my lips and my undereye concealer. Sometimes mascara if I touched my eyes a lot that day.

I keep a small cosmetic bag in my purse with chapstick, eyeliner, under eye concealer, mascara, an extra lip gloss, tweezers, and a mini hand lotion.. That cosmetic bag comes with me EVERYWHERE. I'll grab it and throw it in my beach bag, my work bag, my suitcase, etc.

Yes. I don't apply all new makeup but I'll touch up a little here and there.

No. I start out decent looking but by the end of the day, I am a sad mess.

The only time I ever reapply my make-up is if I am going out after work.

Only lipstick, if I'm wearing it that day. I reapply when needed.

never. I'm lucky I put it on to begin with.

Yes, absolutely. I touch up lipstick/gloss constantly and at least once a day I touch up undereye concealer, eyeliner and repowder my T-zone if it needs it.

Not unless I'm going somewhere after work. I wear very minimal make-up though. It holds up okay, but it's been bad lately. I think it is the heat. I actually haven't worn any for a few weeks now because of the heat.

Nope; just lipliner/lipstick.

The rest of my makeup stays home.
Just another thing to carry.

I like the shishedo oil absorbing papers, instead of re touching I use them to get rid of any shine. In the summer I don't wear any face makeup
I do usually re apply my lipstick/gloss and eyeliner after lunch

Yep
And I 've tried it all
Different make ups, different primers, different setting sprays.

Doesn't matter. I have to touch up mid day
It's like my skin just absorbs and eats up the make up

So annoying

ETA- not mascara though- that stays all day for me

And for those of you who go to work with no make up on, I'm jealous.
I can't leave the house with a bare face, my skin is so awful looking.
I'd scare small children and everyone at work would be pointing and staring!

No. Just lipstick if I have a meeting. Noticed since I started using a setting spray my makeup lasts all day.

Only lipstick, I pretty much always have lipstick on except when I'm sleeping lol

Generally, no. If I have a meeting or something where I want to look professional/put together, then yes. I have a feeling at my new job I'll be doing it more often because there is A LOT of meetings with shareholders/donors etc.
