let's have another round... first world problems
these always make me chuckle.
today, my first world problems are:
* i'm chubby!! i have too much yummy food.
* a friend announced she's having her first baby. yay! i'm going to crochet her a blanket. yay. i went to michaels and bought yarn in two colors... "same weight." but they really aren't. so one yarn is a little thicker than the other. my blanket it coming out lop-sided. 
now, i have to decide... do i scrap the whole project and buy new yarn, do i modify and work with what i have, do i make two different items one in each color.
ok. your turn.

We're taking the kids to Disney and I may have ruined the surprise last night because, you know, it's like I ruined the vacation because they won't be surprised.

My office is closing early today to head to a nice restaurant in Stony Brook and I get to eat and drink my face off for free.....but it doesn't start for an hour and I want to eat and drink right NOW.

I usually work from home on Fridays and had to work from home today for something I have going on with my DD.
And now I'm not going to want to go into the dreadful office on a Friday tomorrow.

I'm hungover at work and I'm trying to decide if I will nap at 3 or wait until 5 and then go out to dinner and drinks with my friends. And my husband took my kids on vacation without me for 5 days

I have to "break up" with my personal trainer today because I joined Crossfit and I'm really sad about it.
I have to pack tonight for a week at the beach with 3 kids and I hate packing!

I wanted to drink a lot tonight at Alive After Five but my job scheduled me for a free breakfast tomm morning with one of the partners at my job. So I can't show up to that hungover.. but I'm getting free food... & I'm still annoyed. LOL.

And to add to the FWPs I'm having, I want to buy some big items, but it's my truck that's in the shop, so I can only buy stuff that will fit in my car... Oh, the humanity!

I finished training my replacement, so for the past 2 weeks she has been handling my job responsibilities, and I have been shadowing. My supervisor said for my last 2 weeks (beginning this past monday), to sit back and not handling anything- he told me to go shopping and surf the internet all day. Its day 4 and I am BORED out of my mind!

I love that you are taking FULL advantage of your child free week! Hungover at the office, drinks with friends tonight.

We always used to have 3 cars until the one junker couldn't pass inspection so we had to donate it.
Sad part is, it ran great and nobody could figure out why it wasn't passing that one emissions test.
I miss having an extra car though
Having a 3rd vehicle is definitely a luxury I love.
Actually I love having a 3rd vehicle that's a junker.
Park it at the train station, park it on the street, don't ever worry about it, take it to the beach and not give a crap when people smack it with their chairs etc.
I am hoping that when I am ready to get myself something new (maybe in the next 2 years) that my 10 year old car will still be running and i can convince DH to keep it as a station/beach car.

The thing I'm wearing today sucks!!! I just used scissors to cut them off my body because I was too lazy to go upstairs and change them
