Range Rover Evoque owners
My heart is torn. I really love the RR Evoque but am hearing there are alot of mechanical problems. If you own/lease have you had any issues?
Just left the Audi dealership looking at the Q5 but hubby says he can tell I like the Evoque more but the Audi will be more reliable

I have an evoque. I had a headlight out last weekend. Took it in and they replaced a wire and bulb. No charge. And they gave me a loaner. All cars are bound to have issues. I personally love it. It's terrible on gas, but I don't use it during the week.

my cousin bought one about six weeks ago. it's been in the shop more than in her driveway.

I don't have direct experience with either.
I do find it ironic that the Audi is looked at as the reliable one in the pair (it probably is more reliable than the RR), but they have a reputation as well.

DH loves the Range Rover and we continue not getting it because everyone we know says it has been in the shop way too often. Several of our friends have RR but it is their 3rd or 4th car, not their main car.

We had this convo last night and a friend of ours just got one, and sure enough in shop a month later.
