I need easy easy lunch ideas to send with my 2yo to daycare. What do you send?

Almost always send leftovers from the night before (tacos, chicken tenders, pasta, meatballs etc). DS doesn't eat sandwiches or deli meat and has a dairy protein intolerance so its tough. If no leftovers from dinner I pick up and send rotisis. chicken and pasta or rice and chicken nuggets, turkey hotdogs and tots. Those are probably the most common.

I send pasta, fruit, bananas, cheese, yogurt. I'll make eggs with rice. Dd isn't a big meat eater so it mashes it hard plus she won't eat bread either.

DS is super picky and eats the same things over and over.

sandwiches cut in cute shapes
lunch meat and cheese roll ups with crackers
veggie pasta salad (cold veggie pasta with olive oil, a little parm cheese and mozz cheese cubes)
warm leftovers in a thermos (pasta with meatballs, mac n cheese, pastina)

i always send cut up fruit and a yogurt

Leftovers
Spinach mini ravioli (uncle Giuseppe)
Boars head all natural turkey and cheese
Pastina or elbow macaroni with egg scrambled in as it cooks
Elbow macs with ricotta and frozen chopped spinach or broccoli
Pierogies
Dr. Praegers broccoli or spinach littles

In a pinch, I make ez mac n cheese but I mix in some chopped frozen spinach, and i only use half the package of processed cheese, then I also add milk.

I've also picked up chicken cutlet at the deli counter and cut that up. Another good in a pinch meal!
