Best Teething Necklace for LO
Please help lol! I'm about to rip every single hair out of my head one of her top front teeth poked through, but the other one is taking FOREVERRRRR to drop that my LO is miserable- along with me....I've heard about amber necklaces but not sure which ones are the best and safe for my 11 month old LO. Do they really help?

Re: Best Teething Necklace for LO
You're going to get arguments both ways on the Baltic amber jewelry. My personal experience is this... DD 11 months and has 7 teeth. She has cut some teeth while wearing the anklet and others without the anklet. Her discomfort level is definitely higher for the teeth that came in without the anklet. When she isn't wearing her anklet I notice she spends more time with her hand in her mouth, is more irritable and cries a lot. DH has noticed it too. The lighter color amber like butter and milk are supposed to be the best. Then colors like honey. I used a cognac one once and it didn't work as well as the butter or honey ones. My biggest problem is that they fall off all the time and I lose them.
I get mine off amazon. I forget the company but they come with authenticity info.
ETA: Found the company! They are made by Art of Cure.

I got my Baltic Amber bracelet from hazelaid.com. Like ivfmiracle said the lighter the stone the stronger they are.
Keep on mind they have to be worn 24/7 except pool and bath.

I got mine through the art of cure. Raw baltic amber, mostly lighter in color. I can tell you right now that I swear by them. My son never slept through the night and like your DD, he'll pop his left teeth MONTHS before his right will come through. It was hell. I finally said to my husband I was buying a necklace after trying everything else.
He slept through the night the first night having it on. He's popped 5 more teeth since then without fuss.

They aren't long enough to go in their mouth. Although my DD only wears the anklet/bracelet size. She doesn't pull them off unless it's falling off her foot. The Baltic amber when combined with the heat of your skin helps reduce inflammation. They also claim to boost immune system.
It doesn't work right away. (Esp the anklet and bracelet.) It takes a couple of days to really see a difference. It's more of a long term benefit.

Got my DS a necklace. He didn't even notice it was on him the first few months. Now he will pull at it but just for a moment before I take his hand away (he's 21 months).
It's safety knotted, so even if it did break, none of the beads would fall off.
Good luck !

Every time I lost or forgot to put the necklace on dd was whiny and picking at her teeth. I feel it definitely worked. Also got several from the art of cure. If you're worried abt safety get a bracelet or double wrap the necklace around the ankle. Also to note mine were always a darker amber. The typical color and it worked fine! I really believe they help. A lot of adults wear for arthritis. The skin warms the amber and it releases natural pain relief properties.

It's definitely not long enough. She never grabs at it, never touches it. She's been wearing it for nearly 3 months and it's only taken off for baths and swimming.

Necklace. When I first put it on her around 2 months, I was nervous so I would wrap it around her wrist or ankle. Now she wears it as a necklace and never touches it or grabs it.
