Cold Spring Fish Hatchery in Rain?
Never been but was thinking of going there today. Can you do it in the rain--is it inside? Or is is it not worth the trip for a rainy day? I can't tell from the website.
Read trip advisor--Ugh looks mostly outdoors....

Most of it is actually indoor aquariums.
You can feed trout which are kept outdoors in pools with nets & fences covering.
I didn't think it was so great, but... You can def do it today.
