Cold spring harbor fish hatchery?
Has anyone been here? Is it good in the winter for a 2 year old?

It's really small-we go all the time in the summer but not in the winter so much. it's nice to visit but i think you can see the entire place in a 1/2 hr. i'm not sure if the fish ponds outside are up and running when it's this cold. i would call about that. it has some indoor reptile, amphibian, fish tanks to see. the part my kids love though is feeding the outdoor fish. it cute for something quick to do but i wouldn't travel far for it or anything and i think it's nicer to do in the warm months or on an not too cold winter day!

It's very cute, though small, but I wouldn't recommend it in the winter.
Actually, I'm not even sure if it's open in the winter.
