For DS around 3-4 months I noticed a small birthmark / freckle....DD just now I am noticing something similar and she is 6 months.
ETA: Now at 2.5 DS has a couple of small freckles here and there.

I wonder this as well, my son will be 3 in Oct and no freckles yet, DH and I are both freckled so I have to assume he HAS to get them

DD has one freckle on the bottom of her foot. When I first noticed ur, I thought it was a splinter, lol. It popped out at about a year.

I am covered in freckles - DH has none (darker Italian skin)
No freckles on DS, he tans but I've noticed a few small freckle like marks/tiny moles?
DD is only 17m and tans really well too, no marks yet.
DS was born with a café au let spot on his arm and it has gotten VERY dark since birth. (derm says its fine)

Freckles
Both my boys started showing a few freckles on their faces around age 2. Every summer, they get more and more. I am covered in freckles and my husband had a lot when he was a kid, so we figured our kids would get them!

DS has one on his hand in the exact same place as I have one and one on his neck. He got them about 15-18 months. He is now getting some across his nose with the sun.

I just noticed 2 on the top of DD's cheeks...she is 3.5. I'm very freckly and she is very fair.
