At what age do children start getting frecks?
Ali never had any and about a month ago, I noticed one on her elbow.

Do mean the nevi?? The little flat moles that we have here and there???
Caden has one on his left hip. He's had it about a month now..he'll be 8 months on Sunday.

Julia started getting them once we took her to the beach and she was in the sun a lot, she has about 5-6 on her body. I'm covered in them so she is bound to get them too.

Personally I never got them until I was about 9 years old. Even now I seem to have gotten more as the years go by.
I know my nieces have gotten a few freckles too the more they are in the sun (they are 2/3 now).

I got mine between 5-7 years old.
My kindergarden pic, I only have a few on my nose and cheeks...
By my communion pic, I was absolutely covered.
