Toddler waking much earlier than usual

I have a 19 month old DS who typically sleeps from 8pm-630 or 7am. A week or so ago he's been consistently getting up at 5:30am and immediately standing up in the crib and screaming for us. As soon as we go in he stops and when we take him out he's perfectly happy. I know he is getting molars and canines- could that be why? I've tried room darkening shades already and it's made no difference.
Any suggestions on how to get him to sleep a bit later? I know that this is not enough sleep for him.... Plus I'm very tired Chat Icon

My kids go through phases. Every once in a while they are waking at 530 lasts a week or 2 and then back to schedule. We are on 730 wake ups right now and I am loving it!

hang in there

730 would be amazing- do they just go back to the later wake ups on their own?
