Waking up earlier or later than usual to temp.
So I know you are suppose to note your first waking temp, even if its not the time you would normally take it. Im reading online that for every 1/2hr early you temp you should add .1 degree and for every 1/2hr later you temp you should subtract .1 degree. Is this true?

i never heard/did that. if i woke up w/in 15 minutes of my regular time i marked it as usual. if it was way later than usual time, i just discarded the temp for that day.
