What are your plans for mother's day
What is everyone doing for mother's day...
We have a birthday party later in the day but I want to do something with my family before hand and I can't come up with any ideas!

That is also my DS's 3rd birthday. We are going into NYC and taking him to the Museum of Natural History & Central Park.

We are hosting breakfast here for my family and then in the afternoon we go to my MIL's for dinner.

What are your plans for mother's day
- Sleep until she wakes me up
- Make her breakfast of egg whites while she and I prepare cinnamon rolls
- Watch cartoons while they make
- Ice up the rolls and call out the men to eat
- Paint and craft
- If weather is nice have the hubby start up the grill and invite aunt over
- If weather is too hot or not nice, invite aunt over for a late lunch early dinner out and HOPE we can find a place.
- Watch a movie in her room on her bed
- Curl up with her and sleep in her room.
The day before we are going to a Girl Scout Camp day.. the whole day, outside. She'll be EXHAUSTED (or at least I know I will be after I drive her home and probably going next door to visit with her BFF's mom while the girls play). So I want to really 'do' nothing!

hopefully DH and DS will make me breakfast! (last year they did Belgium waffles with strawberries and cream!)
then, we'll probably drive the 2 hours to my parents house to see my mom, and I think my sister is gonna make lasagna or something the day before so we can just pop it in the oven that day.
my present is a photo shoot with DH and DS that we're doing later today with my friend who is a photographer- super excited!!

My mom passed away so we will go see my grandma (her mom), Northport village for a while with just us, then in-laws. Or switched around. Not exactly sure yet.

We will go to mass as a family, as we do every Sunday and Then we are going to a brunch at a restaurant.
If the weather is nice we will take my DS to the park :)

It's the one day I don't cook, clean, or MAKE ANY OF THE PLANS ..........
As long as I don't have to cook, clean or make the plans, I don't care what happens that day

We usually have my parents, inlaws and grandparents over my house for mother's day, but t his year we have a wedding. We are thinking of maybe having a brunch instead, but are not sure yet lol

Nothing. Lol.
The day before I'm taking my mom to lunch without the kid and spouse, so that's pretty much it. Otherwise it's a typical day in my house. Nothing special.
