She certainly doesn't look her best but I wouldn't say she looks like she's 45-50 years old. I think she looks about her real age, just with bad make-up and hair color.
To say this is what a typical 45-50 year old looks like is just ridiculous IMO. I'm thinking of the women I know in this age bracket and no way do they look the same age as her.

She looks a little rough - but we didn't live her life from 2007-2009. That would age anyone.

I wrote he looks like he is with his nana bc she and I are the same age
She looks at least 10 yrs older here

I actually think everyone thinks she looks '10-15 years older' because she IS, then when she first came out. Everyone has the same look in their head of what she looked like when she was 18/19/20.
It's a bad pic no doubt, anything taken by a pap usually is, she's not smiling, etc,
She looks like a typical woman to me out with her son.

I disagree. I think people think this going by her skin/face. Her skin is sagging on her face, much more than most people I know at her age. I am considerably older than her and she looks older than me. She looks pretty weathered IMO for her age.
This is why I would never want to be famous. I feel for her, that we all analyze her but it's hard not to notice the changes she has gone through.

I think she looks awful. Tired, shleppy.... Just burnt out.
I know I'm comparing her to a younger doe eyed model of herself, but she looks like your average middle aged mom. And she's 10 years younger than me, who IS actually middle aged!
She is making millions in her Vegas show. I know she doesn't need to look glammed up, but she can afford better looking clothes to shlep around in. This looks like walmart stuff....
