Also it was noted in the article that this was when Kim K was dating Nick Cannon...i didnt even know that that happened.

Seriously. So did Kim, too. I think she's still very pretty but it's sad to see how fake she looks now compared to this. She was so naturally beautiful.  Both of them! Kourtney still looks exactly the same. lol!

I know-- Normally I hate when people compare celebs to old pictures and say , of they must have had work done.. . b/c we all age & most people loose or gain weight & this was 8 years ago, but there is such a contrast here with how much the other two changed compared to Kourtney.
ETA- people say Kim looks fake now ( & I agree) but I do wonder if this skin tone was fake tan (or tanning bed tan) back then.

She was beautiful enough before. To me it looks like a lot of Botox/fillers and I know she had laser hair removal around her hairline. Maybe a face lift. She just looks so different now.

totally--Kim was SO much prettier before allt he work, she looks fake and strange now--still pretty but more strange than pretty lol

So I guess this proves that Kourtney didn't have any work done like her sisters seem to be addicted to.
Good for her.
IMO there is no need to go effing with your face when you are so young.
What are they going to end up looking like in their 50s?

Kim looks ethnically beautiful in this picture which makes her resemble a plastic being all the more now.

Probably a tanning bed, but really? That's minimal. Fake hair, nails, tan- fine. When you start shooting your face up with botox at such a young age, that's when I take issue. But it's not just her skin tone. She looks like an actual human being here as opposed to now where she looks like a very pretty doll.

Did anyone see Sunday's episode of Keeping up?
She actually went to the dermatologist for two reason.. i cannot remeber one of them but.. TO GET A SCAR ON HER BIG TOE REMOVED!! WHO DOES THAT!!!! OBSESSED!!!

Very pretty doll--That is a very good description of it.
I agree with you, I just didn't realize that back then she used to tan so much. I know a lot of people do when they are younger and then grow out of that phase, but she went even deeper into the realm of changing her appearance.
Even the stuff that is temporary, like makeup--a lot of the techniques she uses
(when she does the full on look that is famous for) are techniques drag queens use.
