What SUV do you have?
My lease is coming up and we are just starting the process of researching new cars... I'm actually dreading this whole process. I hate stepping foot inside car dealerships.
We are looking for a mid-sized SUV. Nothing huge but with a decent sized back seat and trunk space. We have to fit our car seat and still be able to fit someone comfortably in the front passenger seat and ideally I would like to fit our stroller (Vista) in the trunk and still have room for groceries etc.. My husband has a RAV4 and the back seat is tiny so it has to be bigger than that but smaller than say a Jeep Commander (my dad has one and it is massive.)
I'm just looking for pros and cons of some of the vehicles out there. We really have no idea what we even want yet but I know if I don't start researching now my lease is going to come up and I'll be scrambling!

right now i have a jeep liberty renegade. I love it and it has served us well thus far but considering we often go on road trips where other family members like to catch a ride with us and we have baby #2 on the way we are now looking into what we can upgrade to.
I know you don't want big but definitely consider your future. do you want more kids? because if so...a 3rd row vehicle might be the way to go...even though they are bigger. We are currently looking at the tahoe.

I just traded in my Mazda CX9 for the new Jeep Cherokee and love it.
The gas mileage I get is amazing as well and it comes with an ECO button that is supposed to stretch the gas even further.
About 3 ladies I work with also have the same vehicle, different colors. DH calls it the "SUV of Long Island".
I also pay significantly less than I did for the Mazda AND the dealership rolled in 45K miles since I almost hit that going over last time.

I have a jeep grand Cherokee fits 2 car seats in the back and a double stroller and groceries in the trunk, it is not too big not to small and very comfortable to drive

I have a Jeep Cherokee and LOVE it!!! I seriously can't complain about it.
We have a car seat in the back and can fit 2 people back there comfortably. The trunk has enough room for our Vista stroller and groceries as well.
We had a Commander 2 trucks ago and I did love that one as well. However, that was pre-kids and I don't think I would have liked it as much since the trunk space was non existent when the third row was up.

Love!! Not too big, but nice size backseat for two carseats and trunk.
Love the dash too with the big screen for nav, music, etc.

GMC Acadia... This truck will def fit your needs.
My parents have a Ford Explorer and the interior is huge!

I have a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe and love it. We have 2 boys, DS1 is in a booster behind the driver and DS2 is in the Graco Nautilus behind the passanger seat. We can still fit a passenger comfortably.
The trunk is pretty large, keep my Graco stroller ( similar in size to the City Mini) and my son's sports bag in there and still have room. It also has a "hidden" compartment in the trunk under the floor for stuff, so I keep items I dont need often but like to have on hand, a blanket for a picnic, emergency kit, etc...in there.

I have a Chevy Equinox and I love it. We have a carseat in the back and can still comfortably fit passengers in the front seat. my DH is 6' 3" and he's able to sit in the front with no issues. we have a Britax b-agile that we keep in the trunk and there is still plenty of room for groceries. Plus we got the 4cyl version and it gets great gas mileage too. I highly recommend it!

I had an 08 Pathfiner, 11 Pathfinder and most recently traded in my 11' for the 13'...
I love love love the new body style, its a lot more roomy and drives smooth like a car!
