Programs at other libraries
Do you know if you are allowed to sign up for programs at libraries you don't belong to? We go to North Shore and they are so limited.

Re: Programs at other libraries
definitely call. Sometimes they open enrollment in a program to people in their town first, but they may put you on a wait list. Others may not be that strict.

Programs at other libraries
I go to Port Washington library and this summer there is no registration for their programs. It's not too far from North Shore.
Edit: sorry, was thinking North Shore library was somewhere else. It's far from PW.

Re: Programs at other libraries
Every library has different rules. One near more doesn't care at all, one you have to be a member, and one will let you call the day of only.

Programs at other libraries
The ones by me (Bellmore area) do but residents have priority so I usually get put on a waitlist and if the class is not full, I am then able to register.
