Survivor Finale (SPOILERS)
I for one am THRILLED with the winner!!! 
And I want to also say that when they showed the mini sneak peek I told DH "blood is thicker than water" and it is something like that. Maybe family vs friends?

Ha Ha! I said the same thing to DH. He said sometimes it takes a long time to produce and get it on the air... or, one of the guys on the island is the baby daddy 
Glad about the winner too. Hated the other two. I felt bad for Brenda.

I was wondering if anyone knows if 2nd and 3rd place people get $$ - I saw Dawn was in the 2nd place seat but they never mentioned if she got any votes....

Maybe they went by past votes, who had their name put up in the past.

I know I googled a few years ago and a lot of the top spots get money. It decreases in value, obviously, but I think everyone on the jury got something.
This season taped a year in advance.

I had no idea they all got something.
I figured being at Ponderosa was like a free vacation... 
DH and I always say that if we were on the show, and wasn't the winner, we would want to go home either first or be the 1st person on the jury. Go home right away or enjoy the most time at Ponderosa.
I really thought there was like a 3 month span between the end of the show and the reunion.
And notice there was NOTHING mentioned about Brandon at the reunion? Too much drama (liability) even for a reality show I guess.
