2.5 yrs...night time took a little longer but that was mostly me not wanting to wash sheets every day and not pushing it

First son-2 years 10 months
Second son-22 months
I will attempt to train this new baby asap. It was the best thing in the world to have them trained early! Saved a fortune on diapers!!

DS#1 pee trained day & night at 3yrs2m. He is still not fully poop trained but starting to get the hang of it.
DS#2 will be 3 in July & we have jot started to train yet. He loves peeing on the potty but not 100% ready.

At what age were your kids Potty Trained?
I started training him at 2 years 8 months & he was fully poop & pee trained within a week (we still use pull ups at night though).
We had a bit of a regression issue for a while since my maternity leave ended & he started school/camp for the first time ever that same week, but once we got past that he was good.

Older DS 4.5 before he stopped waking up wet. It was seldom, but still worrisome.
Younger DS was FULLY potty-trained a day after his 3rd birthday -- which was only a month after older DS stopped having accidents. I had kept telling younger DS that when he was 3, he'd be a big boy and need to only use the potty, no more pull ups. And that mind-set totally worked for him.
I'm hoping DS#3 is more like DS#2 than DS#1.

He knew what he was doing at around 2 ......he just wasn't interested in doing it.
and I didn't see the point in trying to force him and couldn't be bothered to be 'pee trained' but not 'popp trained'
He was a bit older at 3.5 - but one day, he was just done. No drama, no aggravation, no misery - just done.

DD is 34 months and is just now 100% reliable potty trained- for pee.
For poop- well we still got issues!

2 years 9 months to be exact, and it took 3 day (3 day potty training method)
It was the first and only time I remotely even tried to train her.

 1=2 years 9 months
2=exactly 3 years, almost to the day.
 = currently exactly 2.5 and I've been too lazy to start anything.  
At those ages, the girls were 100% trained...day, night, poop, & pee.

DS was 3 years and 1 month, super easy, put him right into underwear, trained almost immediately
DD was little less then 3 years old, also put her into underwear, took 1 week to train pee, 2 weeks for poop.

2 years 9 months & he peed & poop trained in 1 day. We went straight to underwear cold turkey! He was ready before then but we had a newborn.
