Latest article on CTnow.com (fox affialiate) saying multiple deaths including children. Lord have mercy, I just cannot. I am in tears, no child should have to go that way, no parent should have to get that call.

ITA. The Aurora shooting in the movie theater, the Oregon shooting this past week at the mall, the guy getting shot in NYC this past week, school shootings. It's out of control.

van has been spotted in white street shopping plaza. police are on the scene - have moved in on the van. unfolding now.
people local are validating it on this radio station's FB wall 
my sister just texted me - she heard now that 1 child has been confirmed dead at the hospital "really hoping they are wrong"

I cannot imagine sending my "babies" off to school like any other day and then to get that call and for them to never come back home. My heart literally breaks for those parents. That poor poor child. Its so senseless it angers me. How scary that little ones last moments must have been. I cannot even fathom if it was my own child.

They're saying children are dead, and they were shot inside a Kindergarten classroom. 5-6 year olds. I can't even grasp this. I can't stop crying and want to throw up.

"5 reported injusted - 1 confirmed dead (shooter). We also heard that the principal was the target. Most of the districts are on lockdown. An emergency calls went into the surgeon that Anthony works for (her husband, he is there now) saying 7 injured - all at Danbury hospital. Its chaos - i think they really still dont know... will update when I know more"
I just hope that if there is another gunman at large, he doesnt show up at her doctors office looking for help or worse. They are within walking distance from the school I believe.
I just spoke to mom. All my family is in Danbury. Danbury is NOT on lockdown, but the police have been to each school. I have 10+ kids in my family in Danbury schools. My cousin in=s a teacher.

the public schools are not - one of the Private HS's is. my niece/nephew's daycare is NOT on lockdown (yet)

OMG!! I cant even.. Iam sobbing at my desk also! May god give those parents the strength to go on. I dont know how I could go on!! KINDERGARTEN!!!
