If you don't mind posting, how much do you pay them hourly for 2 children?

My sitter/nanny only works one day per week but if she were to work full time we would probably pay her the same $14/hour

I will be paying her $15/hr once she starts taking care of two. I also give her a monthly metrocard and a year-end bonus.

We do a nanny share and we pay around $16.50 an hour for two kids. When DC#2 comes along we can't pay that - I am hoping to keep it to $13 an hour.
We also give her a year end bonus and tons of paid time off - we pay her even when we don't use her. That will be something I change with the next nanny!
