What random comments have people made to you about your DC?
So my DS is 10 months old. He is a really tall baby. I think he is in the 95% for his height.
This guy said to me- he's a big f*cker. You have to be careful he might have giantism.
My DS is big yes, but he isn't THAT big. Everytime I retell that story I crack up laughing cause its so moronic.
Anyone else get random comments like this??

What random comments have people made to you about your DC?
Lol! I'm sorry but that is hysterical! My DS is also really big so I get a lot of comments about that! Indirectly related to DS I have also gotten a few comments/dirty looks because I look a lot younger than I really am.. So a few people have said "he is YOUR son????" while shaking their heads at me. It doesn't help that I won't wear my wedding ring when out alone because I am afraid of scratching the baby. Oh well... Im just glad i give the gossips something to talk about!

Too many comments to remember them all ! My 3yr old DS is very tall and people tell me like I didn't notice. My younger son is 15 months and also a big guy, the baker at our local bakery told me, "He looks peaked, you better take him home and feed him." I didn't know if I should laugh or growl at him!

And this was a grown adult woman. IT was a cute black and white picture of DD in her dance tutu in a ballet pose (shes is 3) and thats the comment....I wanted to be like I am NOT worried!!!
Needless to say...I unfriended her.

ugh! we adopted our son from Korea in August, and we've gotten a bunch of comments.
I think the one that annoys me the most is "Does he speak English??" um... hes not even 2 years old!! Most kids his age don't really speak ANY language! He'll learn!
PLUS... I'm a speech therapist who used to work in EI... so he's in good hands! LOL
Another one is "does he know who you guys are??" umm... we're the ones who feed him, change his diaper, play with him, teach him things- he figured out pretty fast that we're important people! LOL

I actually usually laugh when I retell the comments because sometimes they are just out there.

My DD is small... Only about 13 1/2 lbs a few days shy of 6 months...... A man asked DH the other day "she's so skinny! Do u have her on a diet????"

DD's has microtia -- one of her ears did not properly form in the womb.
I can't tell you how many people stop and say "Omg -- what happened to her EAR??!?!" in shock and horror. It's actually pretty annoying and rude as hell.

that is horrific, WHO says such a thing to a baby
we have had some silly comments but nothing rude, silly comments are one thing but calling a baby fat or questioning their development in ANY way is so wrong, how is it this persons business??

Along the same lines, my DD burned her face really bad - now it is just really red, kind of like a sunburn, and whenever we go out people are like "what's wrong with her face?" It helps that DD is too young to understand, but it just floors me that people can be so blunt.

Just last week an old lady in my building looked at DS and said "wow, he is beautiful, like your DD, you have beautiful children, you got very lucky you know, very lucky " as if DH and I are some ugly people and can't have beautiful kids, lol. Glad another neighbor who was also there told her she was "being rude" and that DH and I are very good looking couple and it's no wonder we have beautiful kids

OMG, some of these are really awful! People are such morons!!!
Not so rude but I couldn't stop laughing over this one . . . A salesman in a furniture store walks up to DH and I with DD dressed in hot pink and leopard print head to toe. He smiles at DD and says "Wow, what beautiful blue eyes! Is he a man?" 
Even if DD was a boy, who refers to a baby as a "man"??? I still crack up when I think about it.

Twins? Are they natural? Do twins run in your familY? I told my friend I was so tempted to say you know, no they are not. I got up on a table and had them inserted into my vagina!
Wow they are HUGE! Almost 4 42" and about 40 lbs(about 95th percentile)
