Gift for third baby

My SIL is having her third child. They already have one of each gender and the new baby will be a girl. I'm stuck as to what to get them as a gift. They already have all the big stuff since their oldest is only 5 and they said they dont need anything

We told them that we wanted to get them a box of diapers a month through amazon, and they did not seem to like that idea. They basically said it was too much and it would get confusing with the sizes of the diapers. So, i am scrapping that idea.

Another idea that I came up with was making a basket getting a gift and getting an associated gift card. For example, 1) I would get a frame and a gift certificate to a picture place; 2) i would buy a pair of shoes and a gift card to stride rite. I'm stuck as to what other ideas though.

Any other ideas as to what I can get them? Money is not an issue since they have been very generous to us.

The basket idea is cute. I especially like the one for pictures.

What about doing a dinner gc/babysitting theme (if you live near them). If would force them to go out and have some sanity (haha) and give you some time with your nieces/nephews.

I have 4 kids and know I would LOVE that. Heck I would just love the babysitting, I would gladly pay for my own dinner (I would even skip dinner and just sleep in my car haha )

A massage/spa day for your SIL? We took my cousin out for a manicure and lunch after she had her third... she loved being "kidnapped" and said it was one of the best gifts she received.

Thanks for the ideas. We actually have told them we'd babysit but they never take us up on the offer.

How about something personalized for the baby - Pottery barn kids has cute stuff or maybe a GC for a canvas print that they could use once the baby arrives.

I am expecting my third baby and some things I could use are:
-new burp cloths/bibs
-new towels/wash cloths

but I like your idea of the basket with gcs.
-maybe include a gc for a local take out place
-a small gift for the other 2 kids especially if they are old enough to understand.

I think something personalized would be nice, especially for a 3rd baby who won't have much that's just theirs. Maybe a toy box or something like that.
