Some rolling over questions

So, at 3:30 this morning, one day shy of DD turning 4 months old, I heard her crying. I looked at the monitor, and she had rolled to her belly, while in her Sleep Sack Swaddle! I turned her back over, and she did it again, and has been rolling from back to belly all morning, in her crib, on the mat, etc. Here are my questions:

Now that she's rolling, I can't keep her arms swaddled, right? We are going to have some rough nights!

DD has been rolling from her belly to back on and off since 2 weeks old. However, I don't think she does it intentionally (more like she lifts her head up high enough, and just flips), so now when she rolls from back to belly, she doesn't know how to get back, and cries after a few minutes. Is this typical?

TIA!

Yes, you should take her arms out of the swaddle now. It is totally normal for her to not know how to roll back yet. She shoukd get there within a few days or so.

Yep, DD goes through spurts where she does that a lot (flips onto her belly, gets stuck, and cries). Thankfully it usually only lasts for a few hours or a day at most.

DD is also doing just that. Either the gets on her belly with one arm stuck. She gets frustrated that she can't get comfortable. She hates to be on her back
