spinoff of bfing moms...fenugreek?
have you tried it? does it work? i feel like my supply has been diminishing and im not sure what to do!!

It worked for me but I had to stop taking it because it gave DS horrible, painful gas pains

It worked for me and DD had no problems with it. It did make us smell a little like maple syrup (fenugreek is a spice used in commercial pancake syrup).

It worked for me. I took 3 pills, 3 times per day. I did find it made both DS and DD gassy.

I take 3 pills 3 times a day and it does work. I do stink though!! lol it effected my girls in the beginning, but not any more.
