Let's talk about poop baby and spit up

DD is 9 weeks old. She is bottled fed pumped BM. She has been getting more gassy and now is spitting up more as time goes by. We keep her upright for 1/2 hr. sometimes she spits up an 1 later. Seems like it is a few ounces. She drinks 4-5 oz.
Is this a major concern? I mentioned it to ped and she said don't lie her down right after feeding and keep her at an incline. DH and I think she is spitting up more recently but it may be from the gassy stomach. We give her gas drops which seem to help. I am going to change my diet make it more clean but want to know do you think this a concern to call the pediatrician? we aren't scheduled to go back for 2 months.

She also is down to 1 poop a day which is more brown in color, not the mustardy seedy color previously. Did you baby's poop color change as time went on when BF?

both my twins had reflux. they would spit up hours after a feeding when they were that little. They also cried all the time. Things got a lot better when I cut out all veggies from my diet. It was terribly hard, but I had 2 different babies in the end. As time went on I added them in little by little.

As for the poop... I dont remember. Sorry, 2 colicy, acid reflux, preemie babies has done very little for my memory. lol
