food sleep question
my girls are 7 months adjusted age. around that age, how far apart do you do dinner/solids and then last bottle? We have been waking them at 10 ish and doing a dream feed and giving them reflux meds. We think we can stretch the meds, not sure if they can take their dinner and bottle so close.

At that age probably an hour or so.
They did not have reflux though

My DD is 7m 3w and has her solids at 5.30/6 and her bottle before bed at 8.30. She also has reflux although she isn't on meds (but I'm beginning to think she should be).

food sleep question
It was around then that we pushed up her last bottle, so it was anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half after she ate dinner. Dinner at 5 and bottle between 6 and 6:30.
