Anyone have the problem with the Iphone
Whenever I am on the phone I somehow touch the screen with my chin or cheeck and either hit the mute button or the speaker button. I have even hit something that it starts calling somone else while on the phone. My dh has the same phone and doesnt have this problem.

I don't have this problem. Did you buy it from Apple? I'd go to the store and let them know what's happening.

This happens to me all the time! Do you have a case on your phone?the case that I have causes this problem all the time it's pretty annoying

It's the case.
I have an Otterbox on mine and unless I hit the "home" button before I put the phone to my ear, I am muting the person, putting them on speaker, conference calling other people etc.
Hit the home button and it will minimize the call to the top of the screen. Just hit the green when you want to end it the call or access the call screen.

I have an Otterbox on mine and unless I hit the "home" button before I put the phone to my ear, I am muting the person, putting them on speaker, conference calling other people etc.
Hit the home button and it will minimize the call to the top of the screen. Just hit the green when you want to end it the call or access the call screen.
DH has the Otterbox and this happens to him ALL the time. I have to tell him this trick.

Happens to me all the time and I don't have an Otterbox. I will be talking to someone and next thing I know, they are on speaker. I just started hitting the home button as soon as I start a call so the phone options aren't there to accidentally hit and it has really helped

I don't have an otterbox but I do it all the time. I am always muting and holding people, calling other people. It's so annoying. It does not happen to dh.

This.
No otter box, just a regular thin case but, yes, my cheek touches the buttons on the phone so I just hit the home button to lock it. When I need to hang up I tap the green bar to get back to the phone screen and end the call.
