iPhone Spinoff...problem with volume
Last night my volume basically stopped working. Sometimes I can slightly hear the other person...sometimes I can't hear at all. Has anyone ever had this problem before?
Do you think I need to pay to have it repaired? I've only had it for about 3 months.

Two places to check the sound levels.. One on the left side of the phone and the other. Click on the settings, the sounds and make sure the bar is on the far right...

I just checked in settings and it's all the way over. I'm so annoyed these phones don't have insurance.

No...from an AT&T store by my house. I probably should have huh?

Since it's only been three months, I would go to the Apple Store nearest you and have them look at it and attempt to have it replaced. It might still be under a hardware warranty. I would suggest buying the Apple Care for the extra $75 or so that will cover it for 2 or 3 years extra. COuld save a lot of heartache on most issues. Before you bring it in though, do a full backup of your phone to your computer as they might give you a new phone that will be blank and they will just take yours and wipe it clean.
-PS: make a reservation withe the Genius Bar online, as there's often a day or two wait for an appointment.

Do you think I would still be able to get the Apple Care? I thought you had to do it when you bought the phone.
