I LOST MY SHYT YESTERDAY ....
I had my first psycho pregnant moment yesterday. Ive read about these and I always thought Id never be that way, Id be able to control myself.
My husband went to close the window because it was too windy and the dogs were going crazy. He ended up breaking a candle holder I had on the windowsill. Instead of closing the window he went to pick up the glass so the dogs wouldnt step on it so I went to close the window and ended up knocking a huge glass of red wine on the floor that he left on the windowsill to clean up the other mess.
I lost it. I started screaming. This is SOO unlike me to yell at him like this. We NEVER argue like that where we are yelling. He stayed calm telling me to calm down its not a big deal but for some reason I couldnt let it go.
After all was cleaned up I was embarrassed and apologized to him and we are obviously fine but ...
WHO THE HELL WAS THAT?!?!?

Ohhhhh, I've been there!!! SO normal! My boss (who is a man) warned me about this because he said his wife became a different person sometimes when pregnant. Freaking out over the smallest things. I laughed and said "not me."
Yeah, well I definitely had a flip out over our "messy" apartment a few weeks ago. I lost it and could NOT calm down. Poor DH. However, I guess my flip out really got to DH because he literally has been cleaning the apartment EVERY SINGLE DAY since that day. I don't think he wants to see that side of me EVER again. LOL

Sometimes I can hardly contain myself from flipping. I feel it build up in me and I have to try to stay calm. Sometimes it works and other times not so much. It is extra bad this time around since I have a very demanding almost 3 year old.
The other day I got so mad I started to cry and went down into the basement to get away from everyone.

OMG! You have to read Jenny McCarthy's "Belly Laughs"! It's a very quick, light, fun read and there is a whole chapter dedicated to what she lables Psycho Chick! It is absolutly hysterical!!!!

i was just going to write the same thing!!! i'm surprised DH didn't diveroce me after all the P-P blowups i had with him!
