The worst night combined with the best day... We have a miracle!!
I don't even know where to begin in describing what my night was like. I went out for dinner with my DH and we had a great night... relaxed... typical Friday evening... We come home, and I get this stabbing pain down below. I didn't think anything of it and figured it was a normal pregnancy pain. Well.. Within 15 minutes, I am bleeding heavily and clotting. I also felt mildly crampy.
This went on for most of the night and I was literally up half the night crying with my DH and assuming it was over. I decided there's just some reason that this is not meant to be for me... and I felt so devastated.
We went to Dr.B this morning first thing, and by this time the blood started to taper off. That, combined with the fact that I wasn't in a lot of pain led me to believe there may be some hope. While we were waiting for Dr.B to come into the room, I felt like I could vomit right there. I was shaking on the table and just hoping that we wouldn't get horrible news which I've grown so used to receiving.
Dr.B came in and started the sono. It was AMAZING. We have one baby with a heartbeat.  My DH and I were stunned!!! It was the most amazing little sight.
The bleeding was caused by... you guessed it... a subchorionic hematoma. This time it's MUCH SMALLER than the one we had last time though. Dr.B said it's itty bitty and does not think it will cause us a problem. For now, I'm on bed rest until two days after I stop bleeding.
I am just totally amazed right now that we saw our little miracle on the screen. Of course now I'm back to being nervous and counting down till our next appointment, but I think it will be like this for at least the entire first trimester

Oh thank goodness!!! I think it's a GREAT sign that you saw a HB this early. Rest up and congrats on seeing that beautiful HB.
