Omg wow I didn't know your husband was a soldier??
Not a solider...works for DOD and did a 6 month (non military) deployment there for intense training right in the heart of kandahar..something that needed to be done for his career and something i was very unsupportive of for a while until I just told him to go for it, lol...craziness!

Wow that is so amazing to hear!
I remember like it was a few days ago when you and he were debating on whether or not he should go.
I still think I was half crazy to tell him to go 
Seriously, i still get upset about things sometime. I just know that if anything had happened to him I would have regretted giving him the go ahead. But he felt very secure about where he was and who he was surrounded by, and i know this has helped his career and ultimately us for forever. The opportunities presented to him are amazing...he has all kinds of plans and direction for when he returns, this has been seriously life changing for him and I'm thrilled about that. He was stuck in a bad position doing what he was doing and this has opened so many doors. I am so thankful for that.
