Do you have to fast for the glucose test?
I can't remember if I did when I was pg with DD. And when my dr gave me the prescription this time she didn't mention anything about it. I had wanted to go get it done after work, but if I need to be fasting then this won't be an option.

I did fast with mine, they told me to get the best results to do it in the morning with fasting.

With my dd i did not fast. With this baby im using a different dr and they do a fasting test. So it really depends on your practice.

I didn't fast. I went at 6pm (my doctor does it in office) and I passed with flying colors. I did skip my froot loops that morning

I was told not to fast, but not eat too heavy 1hr before drinking.

My Dr told me I could eat and I did and ended up failing my 1hr, but I passed the 3 hr one and I did fast for it!

Not sure - haven't gotten there yet. But just from friend's experiences, I feel like those who fasted passed the 1 hour and those who didn't failed. But that could just be coincidence too. I think when my time comes, unless my MD says otherwise, I'm going to fast.

Yes, I do. My OB gave me the glucose drink already. It's in my fridge. The day of my appt. I drink it an hour before my appt and my OB draws my blood when I arrive. Iade the first appt of the morning and I can't eat before or during the test.
