Really shocking but I don't even think it looks like plastic surgery!! This looks like anorexia to me, the gaunt face and bony wrists & limbs. So sad, I hope she's getting help if that's what it is

Why did she do it. She was good looking before. Now she looks 35.

the after pic doesn't look like her AT ALL. I kind of hope this is not for real, because if it is...it's really sad. Scary sad. She was a very pretty girl. Someone that young should not have all that surgery. Fame and fortune certainly did not end up being a good thing for the Lohan family.

I'm 43 with with a 4 year old and a 3 year old and I look much better than that! I'm not against plastic surgery at all. When celebs do it right...it looks good. But this is a very young girl. jeez. These Lohan girls have no parental guidance at all.
