Whenever you see this post, DRINK WATER!!!
It's still hot today! Let's continue this thread so we all stay hydrated!  (the emote-icon is holding water in this case)
A reminder for all of us to DRINK!
I was so good yesterday, and just realized I've been slacking today - and today is HOTTER than yesterday!
So, I figured this might help us all to DRINK more today!

my husband was laughing at me this morning cause i was only up for an hour and already drank 2 huge glasses of water even though im in the a/c. i said i needed to keep hydrated for me and the baby lol.

I was like this too-- what helped me was ICE COLD water w/ fresh squeezed lemon, try that out it may help you.

Try crushed ice.. I had a hard time drinking water and crushed ice helped a lot!
