Ian just fell off the couch and landed on his head!
He has a big bump on his forehead. I'm putting ice on. Is there anything else? It's a Jewish holiday so the ped is closed!
ETA sorry about the other posts. Ian kept making new ones!

Check him periodically (after the icing) for abnormal behavior, sleepiness, irritability. Use your mommy-spidey senses. If he seems not himself, go to the ER or PM Pediatrics. I hope he feels better soon!

aww, I'm sorry Di!!! You just can't catch a break! When Adam fell, my ped said to check his pupils and make sure they were the same size and for excessive sleepiness and/or crankiness.
Sounds like you need a big glass of wine

He should be fine. The swelling and lump is a good sign. Aidan bangs his head really good like once a month. I have become a pro at what to do. Just watch for vomiting, unusual lethargy, unequal pupils. Check on him in about 2 hours. Just nudge him and see if he reacts.. Poor kiddo...
