Fell off the couch
My 16mth old fell off the couch this morning she seems alright, I took her outside afterward and she played a little. She is sleeping now. Should I be worried? She is such a live wire she is going to give me a heart attack one of these days!!

Allison fell off the bed last week. It happens. As long as she was her old self and playing iwould say its fine.

Unless she smacked her head hard enough to cause a concussion, I wouldn't worry about it. If it was more a body roll, you're ok too.
Is this her usual time to sleep?

Thanks....Yes its her usual time...she did a body roll but ended up face down She is SO energetic...the next few months are going to be all about "Careful, get down, please get down...No, oh my god you are going to give me a heart attack"
