Blood Type
I never knew what blood type I was until just now. I had all of my prenatal blood work done yesterday and asked my nurse today and I am O+. Does everyone else know what blood type they are? Am I the only one who didnt know this about myself?

Remember from elementary school when we did some sort of experiment to find out our blood type. I dont know DD's. Wonder if her ped does?

I only found out when I got pregnant. I'm O-, so i have to get the Rh shot - otherwise I'd have no clue.

I have O+ but I didn't know my DH's. It turns out he is AB+ and its funny cuz twin 1 came out with A+ and twin 2 came out with B+.

I found out last week at my apptment  And I already forgot lol
Liveformoments- It must be the same as yours O- because I was told that I had to get a shot right after the LO is born.

I've given blood several times so I know that I am O+ from the donations. DH is some other type. DS is O+ as well. We were told when he was born.
I am the oldest of 6. My dad is O+ and my mother is A+. 2 out of the 6 of us are my dad's type and the other 4 are my mother's type. So bizarre how this happens.

I know from donating blood... and NY Blood Supply services also notified me awhile ago that I have the Rh factor.
So, since I'm A- and my husband is A+, I had to get a shot of Rhogam.

I knew in high school when I took a Forensic Science class and we tested our blood to find out.

I'm O+ and I feel like I've always known. DH just found out his when I was pregnant with DS #1 and he donated blood. I think he's A+. I don't know what DS#1 is.

I am O+ didnt know until after i gave birth
it was the reason DD had jaundice. She is B+ and my blood was fighting hers
